We are looking to hire a top level technician with proven experience preferably across Mercedes-Benz, BMW and MINI vehicles. Whilst this would be a huge advantage it is not essential as on site training will be provided. If you're confident with diagnostics, fast with fault finding, and precise with repairs but most importantly a team player we want you on our team. The Role; You'll work on a mixture of Mercedes, BMW and mini models, handling everything from routine servicing to advanced diagnostics and major repairs. You'll be trusted with high end tools and expected to meet manufacturer level standards in all areas of your work. What you'll do; diagnose, repair and service vehicle to OEM standards. Use systems like STAR (Mercedes), ISTA (BMW) and Mini specified diagnostics. Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Carry out routine maintenance and perform upgrades. Communicate clearly with service advisors and complete accurate records. What you will bring; Experience preferably but not essential with Mercedes, BMW or MINI NVQ level 3 or equivalent automotive qualifications. Solid diagnostic and problem solving skills. Familiarity with OEM tools and systems. A reliable, professional attitude and strong attention to detail. Valid clean UK driving license. What we offer; Very Competitive salary with bonus structure.
