Position Summary
Job Title: MRO Technician- Safety Systems
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7-3:30pm (12:30 finish on Fridays)
Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Undertake repair and overhaul across the complete product range.
* Carry out appropriate repair schemes and test schemes in accordance with the procedures and documentation.
* Operate equipment/machinery required to carry out repair and overhaul activities, and clean machinery used and perform basic maintenance.
* Inspect products in accordance with component maintenance manuals provide detailed inspection/strip reports and spares requirement sheets.
* Oversee work that has been carried out by other technicians.
* Sign off the appropriate documentation for the work carried out.
Qualifications
Skills required:
* Welding experience
* Experience with highly pressurised systems is ideal
* Experience with measuring equipment (Vernier, Micrometer, Go/No GO, Shadow graph, CMM, etc.)
* Able to read and interpret drawings
