Igloo is looking for dedicated Yard Operatives to join our client's dynamic team in Rugby. Our client is the UK's fastest-growing, independently owned used car supermarket, committed to providing exceptional service to customers nationwide.
Responsibilities:
1. Move vehicles inbound and outbound of the prep centre.
2. Ensure a continuous flow of vehicles to each area of the on-site process.
3. Safely handle vehicle movements following on-site regulations.
4. Exhibit problem-solving skills and embrace teamwork.
5. Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
6. Present yourself confidently and professionally when communicating with main dealerships during vehicle drop-offs and collections.
Candidate Profile:
* Possession of a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
* A passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* Comfort in a physically demanding role, including carrying items and parts, prolonged periods of standing and walking.
