Sales Administrator - LWEBiggleswade
A vacancy has arisen with our Lightweight Equipment (LWE) Sales department based in Biggleswade for a Sales Administrator (Mobile Crane Sales). The role contributes to the success of Liebherr – Great Britain Ltd by providing effective and timely administration support to the Sales function of LWE.
Responsibilities
* Construct effective correspondence for both customers and suppliers.
* Work with the customer in mind and contribute towards ideas and initiatives that drive improvement of internal and external relationships.
* Assist and support department colleagues and other departments as a member of the team.
* Perform administrative processes including quotations, order confirmations, invoicing, hire agreements, transport and logistics, purchase orders and payments, customer correspondence, support for sales managers, liaison with the workshop and service teams.
* Book travel and plan events.
* Provide backup support to the sales team when required.
* Initiate, follow up and achieve tasks requested by other colleagues in the team.
* Manage personal time schedule and productivity.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role and/or industry.
* Strong customer service ethic with a positive and pro‑active approach.
* Effective communication at all levels.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
