Shifts: Days & Nights (Full Flexibility Required)
We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a well-established, family-run company that genuinely invests in its staff. You will be supporting young people in residential childrens homes within the Basildon area.
About the Homes:
* Working with young people aged 1117
* Although behaviours can be challenging, the young people are settled and engaging well
* 2:1 staffing ratio no lone working
Shift Pattern & Working Hours:
* You must be flexible to work both days and nights
o Preferences are considered, but flexibility is essential
* Standard shifts:
o Days: 8:00am 8:00pm
o Nights: 8:00pm 8:00am
* Requirement to complete 34 shifts per week
Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 months experience working with children
2. Enhanced DBS: We can process this for you; however, you will be required to pay for it
3. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
