We are looking for Service Manager-F&B Service (Assistant Banquet Manager) to join our team!

As our Service Manager-F&B Service (Assistant Banquet Manager), we rely on you to:


Responsibilities

* Assist in the operation, management and overall performance of the Banqueting operations.
* Directly involved in the day to day running of these areas in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers and support staff to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
* Oversee guest satisfaction, ensuring personalized service and resolving any issues professionally.
* Collaborate with the Chef to update menus and coordinate events.
* Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
* Implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.
* Be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.


Qualifications

* Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as a Banquet expert.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory control.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be a confident and tactful, a strong team player.
* Good interpersonal & communication skill.
* Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
