The Building Surveyor will have a hybrid option. The Building Surveyor Role Working within multiple markets, and support a myriad of clients such as High End Commercial clients, Media firms, Sporting organisations and Super Prime Residential, you can expect to work on condition surveys, dilapidations, TDD, Contract Admin, Employers Agent and Project Management. APC mentors/Senior Chartered Building Surveyors will be provided, and they currently have a 98% pass rate for new Building Surveyor. Projects range between £1.5m - £8m.
