Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs safely and efficiently.
* Train staff, monitor employee performance and motivate your team.
* Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
* Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success.
* Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure they are met or exceeded.
* Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
* Maintain health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.
Qualifications
* Experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-moving logistics environment.
* Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles.
* Track record of achieving team performance and site KPIs.
Salary & Benefits
Salary up to £33,436 per annum.

Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.
