Quality Improvement Support Officer Band 4
This pilot, commissioned by the Strategic Planning and Performance Group will operate for a minimum 6 months and will form part of a larger scale study undertaking within Northern Ireland. The Quality Improvement Support Officer will be an integral part of the pilot team. In addition to providing administrative support to the QIP, the post holder will be responsible for securing clinical and client related information regarding those individuals who have recently commenced a Package of Care following discharge from hospital / or within community.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Early Review Pilot which includes Occupational Therapists, Social Worker and Operational Managers.
* Pilot information required on a daily basis such as PJ’s, Patient Centre and Paris to facilitate/support Occupational Therapist and / or Social Worker to carry out their daily duties e.g. assessments.
* Assist in location and retrieval of client related data from current BHSCT information systems including (but not confined to) Paris, ECR, PAS, PJs and other relevant systems.
* Following Early Review Pilot criteria, identify potentially appropriate clients for assessment by the Early Review Pilot.
Skills and Qualifications
* 4 GCSEs including English (grades A-C) or equivalent and two years’ experience in an admin/clerical role.
* Or NVQ level 2 Administration plus GSCE English (grades A-C) or equivalent and one year experience in an admin/clerical role.
* Or 3 years experience in an administrative role which must include management of databases.
