Consulting is everywhere – from tech to retail, healthcare to energy. You will contribute from day one, learning by doing and working as part of collaborative, fast‑moving multidisciplinary teams to solve problems, drive change and create lasting value.
You will begin your journey in either our Risk Assurance or Finance Function Support team, gaining hands‑on experience and building strong foundations. Across the wider consulting practice, you will also have opportunities for secondments in business transformation, forensics, deal advisory, restructuring and more.
Risk Assurance is all about helping businesses stay safe and sound: spotting potential problems before they arise, ensuring compliance with rules, and managing risks that could affect the future.
Finance Function Support (FFS) is where business meets numbers: keeping financial operations running smoothly, preparing reports, and offering advice on financial matters.
Whichever team you join, you’ll be part of projects that matter – contributing ideas, solving problems and delivering results that clients truly value.
Your pathway
You won’t just be learning on the job; you will also be working towards your AAT qualification or Business Degree, supported and mentored by our experienced team. Structured training will help you grow and develop transferable skills.

What we look for

Required qualifications
* 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications
* or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
(We do not accept General Studies, AS Levels or EPQs.)
The start date for this role is 12 January 2026. Start dates are mandatory due to the internal and professional training you will receive upon joining.
