The Role
As a Domestic Assistant it will be your role to ensure that the service cleanliness and hygiene is maintained to a high standard, meeting all internal and external regulatory standards.
They are a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea.
The service supports people with intellectual and physical disabilities. People who live there have wide individual choice, with active support from staff. Their service offers nursing support to those with complex needs.
They take a person-centred, flexible approach. They know that everyones needs and aspirations are different
that all sorts of things add up to a flourishing life.
