What You'll Be Doing:
* Coordinate and schedule weekly services with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain and update service records and spreadsheets
* Liaise with customers, hire desks, and third-party providers to resolve issues
* Raise quotes and manage service-related documentation
* Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
* Produce weekly KPIs and analyse service performance
* Review invoices, query discrepancies, and organise credits
* Respond to client breakdowns and complaints with professionalism and care
* Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience in scheduling and service coordination
* Background in the hire industry (preferred)
