We are looking for a Rehabilitation Specialist to drive the Nuffield Health Rehabilitation Programme. The role will involve remote and in‑person facilitation of exercise, emotional wellbeing support, healthy eating, and goal setting to aid participants’ recovery.
Responsibilities
* Organise and run a series of rolling 12‑week rehabilitation programmes.
* Facilitate and deliver live‑stream and in‑person group exercise classes for participants with varying degrees of ability and physical function.
* Promote self‑directed activity using pre‑recorded on‑demand classes and a journal to support participants’ self‑management after the program.
* Re‑calibrate exercises and intensities based on regular improvements in effort and performance.
* Identify deterioration of participants and, if necessary, follow internal escalation processes, ensuring reporting and outcome data capture within the required timeframe.
* Engage in weekly 1‑on‑1 telephone conversations with participants to coach goal setting, understand restrictions, monitor progress, and provide emotional wellbeing support.

Qualifications
* Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential)
* Previous experience as a Rehabilitation Specialist (desirable)
* BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation or related (desirable)
