About the Role:
Hours: 20 to 37.5 hours/week
Sponsorship: Tier 2 (Health and Care Worker Visa) available after successful 3-month probation

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes.
* Assist with medication, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
* Promote independence and enhance the quality of life for service users.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid UK or international driving licence.
* Access to your own vehicle is required.
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering person-centred care.
* Good communication and time management skills.
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship offered after successful completion of a 3-month probation period).
