Our client has a very good reputation and plenty of work through introductions and ongoing relationships and we are seeking a Residential Property, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join team of eight. A mix of qualified fee earners, some trainees, as well as a support staff in terms of paralegal and property secretaries.
Managing a mixed caseload of c35 files, your assistant will open the files, send out packs, request searches, do the AML compliance, deal with day-to-day enquiries, draft reports and deal with all post completion matters and title deeds.
This means you will be involved with all the fee earning legal advice to include building long term relationships with clients and providing them with expert solutions around the sale and purchases of their properties, which will be a good mix from freehold and leasehold from smaller shared ownership and new build through to listed £multi-million properties.
A clear communicator, able to build and sustain relationships with all stakeholders to smooth the conveyancing process, dealing with and answering all enquiries, taking responsibility for checking documents and proof of funds, whilst overseeing all matters of the transactions.
We are seeking someone who is experienced from 3 years upwards, organised with proven conveyancing knowledge and has acute attention to detail, and someone who will always put the client first.
