* Represent the company at key industry events in the UK and internationally.
* Participate in weekly in-office strategy meetings.
About You:
* 3-5+ years in B2B event sponsorship sales, with proven success in high-value, meetings-led formats.
* Achieved £600k+ in annual sales, driven by value-led, consultative selling.
* Expert in Salesforce, confident in building reports and tracking KPIs.
* Skilled in lead generation, negotiation, and closing complex sponsorship deals.
* Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable with C-suite audiences.
* Collaborative and data-driven, with a passion for responsible, inclusive travel.
* A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a client-facing, purpose-driven environment.
