Papa John’s Pizza seeks ambitious, driven, and highly motivated individuals to help manage our store. The successful candidates will be confident, outgoing, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate would be someone who has worked as a manager in Papa John’s, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut.
Their managers are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and product quality; each has the ability to train, motivate, and develop their teams. They focus on maximizing sales and profit levels and strive to deliver key performance indicators, such as turnover, food, and labor targets. Their managers lead by example, operating their stores with excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency at all times. Of course, they create a friendly working environment.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* Management experience in the food delivery industry.
* A driving license valid for use in the UK and access to a vehicle.
* The candidate must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
* Previous experience from Papa John’s, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut would be advantageous.
