This role involves providing support for system queries and issues in Dynamics NAV / Business Central (ERP), maintaining Help Desk responses, testing upgrades or enhancements for NAV, and streamlining administrative processes throughout the organization.Role & Responsibilities:Handle Dynamics NAV support queries promptly and efficiently.Ensure timely resolution of support tickets.Create statistics on support tickets.Assist in project-related tasks and analyze requirements to enhance processes.Participate in testing upgrades or enhancements for NAV.Create new users in NAV and provide training and documentation.Review and approve new Item/BOM master data.Provide user support face-to-face and online.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of proven experience supporting Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central (ERP).Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues.Proficiency in Excel.Experience in training on system features and changes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable in a user-facing environment.Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.Benefits:Company pension.Cycle to work scheme.Free on-site parking.Life insurance.Sick pay.Apply Now if this is something of interest to you!
