Your daily duties will be to: Connect with existing customers through engaging check-in calls twice a year. Show them you care and are here to help! Provide insightful demonstrations that showcase the value of our clients services. Assist customers with their ledgers and invoices in the initial months to foster strong relationships. Transition into a full loyalty role after two months, becoming a key point of contact for our valued customers.
