AGC Project Co-ordinator Location: Bloomsbury, London (5 days per week in studio) Hours: 9am - 6pm Overview Our company is London’s fastest growing portfolio of international award-winning brands. This role is ideal for someone starting their career, with full training offered. Reporting into the Associate Director, you will be a key role in the Design team working closely with Design, Logistics, and the Warehouse teams; no two days will be the same and in turn you will: Responsibilities but not limited to: Accurately build and manage design projects in Business Central, as per the designer’s specification. Work alongside the project designer throughout the entire process, from procurement to installation and project closure Maintain good relationships with suppliers, place and manage project specific orders Coordinate payments. Addressing any issues and communicating updates to the design team/project designer proactively Independently problem solve smaller issues that arise (i.e. accessories out of stock and sourcing a new replacement) and communicating larger issues to the design team with sufficient time Manage delivery schedules and picking lists ensure timely project completion. Managing replacement of damaged items with the warehouse, logistics and finance team Manage relevant project reconciliation with the support of project designer and associated BDM to ensure timely and accurate brand P&L’s Complete site visits around London and confirm inventories if required Select furniture, art and accessories for smaller projects with a quick lead time Complete floor plans on Auto Cad if required Travel to our warehouse in Ely, Cambridgeshire monthly Uphold AGC’s values, policies, and processes Requirements: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills whilst ensuring best practice High sense of responsibility and work ethic with drive and determination and a can-do attitude, thinking outside the box Diligence and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and social skills Work both independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude willing to take on additional tasks and go the extra mile The capability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets Ability to think creatively. Auto Cad and Business Central experience is an advantage but not essential.
