Position: Full-Time Licensed Conveyancer and Probate Practitioner
Location: Towcester, South Northamptonshire, NN12 6BX. Hybrid working opportunity.

About Us: We are a small, friendly legal practice with a strong reputation for delivering personal and professional legal services. Established in 2004, the practice has been built upon recommendations and repeat business supported by our High Street location in the historic market town of Towcester, equidistant between Northampton and Milton Keynes. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer with a Probate License to join us in a hybrid role that offers flexibility, autonomy and progression.
Role Overview
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, while also handling probate-related transactions. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but values the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work within a team and a desire to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Manage probate-related conveyancing matters, including sales of estate properties.
* Manage probate and estate administration.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
* Must hold valid CLC and Probate Licenses.
* Strong communication and client care skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
* Proficiency in case management systems and digital workflows.
