Are you an Electrician or Calibration Engineer looking for a varied field-based role where no two days are the same, working for a well-established company that will provide the tools, equipment and company van?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to travel across the UK installing and commissioning gas detection systems across a wide range of industries for a long-established business that has been supplying, installing, servicing and calibrating fixed and portable gas detection equipment for over 30 years, and is now expanding its field engineering team due to continued growth.
In this role you will travel to customer sites installing, calibrating, and commissioning gas detection systems, including control panels, sensors, and alarms, along with associated cabling and containment, testing, and producing site documentation. The role involves national travel Monday to Friday, with overnight stays when needed.
The role would suit an Electrician or Calibration Engineer with experience in commercial or industrial electrical installation.
The Role:
* Install, calibrate, and commission gas detection systems on customer sites
* Fit associated cabling, containment, and perform system testing
* Produce site-specific certification, reports, and documentation
* Travel nationally Monday to Friday, including overnight stays when required
The Person:
* Electrician / Calibration Engineer or similar electrical background
* Prepared to travel UK wide.
* 18th Edition - training can be provided for the right candidate
* Commutable to Cambridge
