Our client is a leading training provider delivering training to the military. They now have a requirement for a Contract Manager to manage the Royal Signals Apprenticeship contract at Blandford Forum, Dorset. Some travel will be required; however this is occasional.
The successful Contract Manager will manage a team of coaches alongside managing the performance of the Royal Signals contract, maximising learner engagement and achievement. Candidates must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
Contract Manager Royal Signals Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining qualified and competent staffing.
2. Ensuring compliance with audit and other regulatory requirements.
3. Managing any performance issues effectively to a satisfactory resolution.
4. Analysing and actioning feedback to achieve consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Identifying current and future customer needs and working collaboratively with colleagues in other departments to create fit-for-purpose and relevant delivery.
