About the Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team on the Screwfix contract. The role will support 4 of our sites in Staffordshire / Northwest Areas, with hybrid/home working options available. We are also open to discussions about flexible hours and location.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment and working at pace. You will gain exposure to a dynamic environment and have the autonomy to take ownership of your role, delivering recruitment objectives, building trusted relationships, and providing a full 360 recruitment service end-to-end.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Please note this is a 4M FTC.
How will you contribute?
1. Accountable for your dedicated area's recruitment needs.
2. Support across multiple sites within an Agile team to meet operational demands.
3. Track and report recruitment statistics; maintain in-house systems accurately.
4. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet requirements.
5. Complete administrative tasks and schedule interviews.
6. Support pre-screening and assessment stages, including assessments or interviews when required.
7. Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns, including inviting candidates, regretting unsuccessful candidates, and updating ATS and job boards.
8. Identify ways to improve the recruitment process continuously.
What will you bring?
1. Willingness to travel between Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Lichfield, and Runcorn as needed.
2. Experience managing high-volume recruitment in-house.
3. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment quickly.
4. Experience sourcing and hiring candidates.
5. Effective team collaboration skills.
6. Organized, proactive, results-driven, and self-managing.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Experience improving recruitment processes.
9. Knowledge of different interview and assessment methods.
10. Ability to adapt quickly to operational needs.
11. Experience recruiting into logistics and supply chain industries (preferred).
