Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial printing business to assist with their search for an experienced Account Manager.
Overall Purpose:
* Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
* Understanding client's needs, promoting company products and services and co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
* Responsible for the full project process, including timely issuing of detailed works instructions, communication of all customer requirements to internal key contacts, planning, quotation, invoicing and stock management.
Key Duties:
* Act as main point of contact between the client and the company, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
* Identify opportunities for development of client accounts promoting all aspects of company products and service offerings.
* Develop account plans to outline strategies for meeting client goals.
* Set and achieve sales targets and other performance goals.
* Work closely with production and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Communicate client requirements and feedback internally.
* Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
* Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
* Prepare regular reports on account status, performance and client satisfaction.
* Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Account Management.
* Strong Organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software.
The Package:
* Starting salary of £35,000 per annum, which will rise after probation period.
* 37.5 hrs per week. Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.
