Head of Housing Disrepair | Liverpool
A well-established Liverpool law firm is looking to appoint a Head of Housing Disrepair to lead and grow its existing department.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Fee Earner who is looking for more autonomy, progression and the chance to have a real influence on the direction of a team.
The department already has a strong pipeline of work and solid infrastructure in place, but the firm is keen to bring in somebody who can drive the offering forward, supervise junior team members and continue building on existing client relationships.
Success Criteria
* Have solid experience handling a full caseload of Housing Disrepair matters
* Be confident supervising and mentoring more junior staff
* Have experience managing KPIs/compliance within a volume litigation environment
* Be commercially minded and keen to contribute to the wider growth of the department
* Enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment
