Sales Account Manager – Office-Based | West Park, Leeds, LS16 6QE
Salary Range: £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience

We’re an independent, fast-growing workwear and merchandise business based in Horsforth, Leeds – and we’re on the hunt for a talented Sales Account Manager to join our friendly, hard-working team.
With 55+ colleagues, two office dogs, and a buzzing atmosphere, we pride ourselves on being both ambitious and approachable.
The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll join a team of 12 experienced Account Managers, each responsible for managing and developing their own client portfolio. You’ll be the key point of contact for your customers, providing creative, on‑brand product solutions to meet their marketing and uniform needs. From developing proposals and converting enquiries into sales, to nurturing long‑term client relationships and identifying new opportunities, this is a role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* The main point of contact for your client accounts
* Deliver excellent service and communication at every stage
* Build strong, lasting relationships to drive repeat business and growth
* Understand client briefs and propose creative branded solutions to support their uniform requirements or achieve their marketing goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
* Follow up on quotes and convert leads into orders
* Proactively grow existing accounts and seek new business opportunities using your networking skills
* Conduct client meetings to present proposals and ideas
* Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly
* Stay up to date with our product range and latest industry trends
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
* Energetic, reliable, and always ready to go the extra mile
* Experienced in sales or a customer‑facing role
* Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and must be able to follow structured processes
* Confident using our dedicated IT and CRM systems
* An excellent communicator with a positive, team‑focused attitude
Experience in branded merchandise, workwear, print and signage or marketing campaigns is a real advantage but is not essential. Above all, we value personality, work ethic, and a proactive mindset. We’ll provide full product training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
