We are on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who is deeply immersed in the digital world, with a knack for identifying the latest TikTok trends and social media updates. This role is for someone who can craft and implement engaging social strategies and collaborate with our creative team to produce content that captures attention and stops thumbs in their tracks.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Director to deliver a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.
* Identify and engage our target audience with finely-tuned content across various brands.
* Stay up-to-date with social media trends and propose innovative ideas and campaigns to keep our brand at the forefront.
* Create high-quality, on-brand content in collaboration with our design, photography, and videography teams.
* Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of diverse content.
* Execute organic social media campaigns, managing budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative aspects.
* Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and building relationships with followers.
* Collaborate with in-house teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.
* Analyse data to provide actionable insights and improve performance, building reports that demonstrate the impact of organic social on our bottom line.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Holistic understanding of social media, including copywriting, photography, image editing, video animations, social media advertising, influencer management, and analysis techniques.
* Proficiency in social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and management tools like Linktree and Hootsuite.
* Experience in creating compelling campaigns that drive engagement, understanding, and conversions.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience in setting up, managing, and optimising paid campaigns.
* Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the traditional box.
