My client, an engineering and logistics business, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a fixed term to cover maternity leave. Supporting your own client groups, you will be joining a fellow HR Business Partner and will work closely with the Senior Management Team.
Senior HR Business Partner responsibilities:
HR business partnering throughout the full employee life cycle
Help to drive employee engagement with leadership teams
Administration of the HR systems and records, with some administration support
Ensure that HR processes are followed by all managers and employees.
Manage and deliver HR Projects, initiatives and programmes.
6 years+ generalist HR experience in fast-paced HR function, ideally within a business partnering model
~ Strategic experience in terms of change management, HR projects and overall people strategy execution
~ Strong stakeholder management skills
