Transactional Finance Manager, High Wycombe£50,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits Package Our client, a highly reputable and market leading commercial enterprise, is looking to add to its well-established finance team with the acquisition of a versatile Transactional Finance Manager to oversee the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.Key to the role will be the supervision and direction of a small finance team as well as playing a pivotal part in managing the ever evolving transactional processes across the month and year end close procedures.Aside from having a proven track record in both sales and purchase ledger functions, interested candidates must have had previous responsibility of overseeing and optimising cash-flow management. They will be resilient, adaptable, and able to embrace change, both anticipated and unexpected! They will be credible and savvy communicators and be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and across all disciplines.
Multitasking will be second nature as will be the tendency to challenge the status quo in a healthy and productive manner. Finally, they will always have the desire to inspire their team members and colleagues and ensure that they understand their specific roles within the greater finance function. Our client will ensure that the successful individual will be appraised and developed accordingly, with achievements and results being consistently recognised and rewarded.
