Job Description
We are expanding our digital hub at our global HQ and distribution centre in Shirebrook, a key cultural and commercial hub of our group.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing digital trading team managing established websites. If you are passionate about digital trading, this role offers the chance to develop and own digital trading strategies and manage daily trading and analysis. During a period of high performance and significant digital investment, you can contribute to the growth and success of the Frasers Group Customer Team.
Reporting to a Trading Manager, you will drive sales through strategic planning and executing campaigns, brand, and promotional strategies. You will lead cross-functional projects to enhance sales and digital KPIs, be an expert in systems and tools, and ensure optimal platform usage.
* Manage daily trading and website execution under the Trading Manager’s guidance.
* Report and analyze trade data regularly, developing action plans to meet sales and contribution targets.
* Oversee weekly content updates, campaigns, promotions, and partner updates.
* Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all activities are aligned and communicated effectively.
* Coordinate with marketing and optimization teams on product and trading strategies.
* Act as super-user for digital trading tools, training team members and feeding into tool development roadmaps.
* Lead digital trading projects across teams.
* Collaborate on content development for SEO, engagement, and conversion.
* Support product content improvements and resolve issues promptly to maximize sales.
People Management
* Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
* Set objectives, goals, and development plans for team members.
* Build a motivated, collaborative team.
* Contribute positively to the digital strategy and represent the team across the business.
Qualifications
* Valid UK work rights.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel.
* Experience managing Trading Assistants.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms.
* Proven ability to drive sales improvements.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and independent.
* 3-4+ years in a similar digital retail role.
