About the Role
Historic England, the public body championing England's historic environment, is seeking a
Digital Learning Producer
to join their Learning & Development team.
In this maternity cover role, you will design and deliver engaging
eLearning content
, manage the organisation's Learning Hub (LMS), and work with subject matter experts to ensure digital learning is high-quality, inclusive, and accessible to all.
You'll play a key role in enhancing professional development across the organisation, supporting staff with digital training and ensuring content is regularly reviewed and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
* Design & deliver digital learning:
Create interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Rise or equivalent design suites.
* Collaborate with experts:
Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure learning materials are accurate and engaging.
* Manage the Learning Hub (LMS):
Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
* Content management:
Monitor, update, and review existing digital learning resources annually.
* Stakeholder engagement:
Train staff, host virtual learning sessions, and manage technical delivery of online events.
* Continuous improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance accessibility, learning outcomes, and digital engagement.
Candidate Profile
* Strong experience designing and delivering eLearning resources.
* Skilled in
Articulate Rise
or similar eLearning authoring tools.
* Proven ability to collaborate with
subject matter experts
.
* Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Proactive, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in learning.
