Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to oversee the quality of care delivered in the community. You’ll be out and about—supporting carers, doing spot checks, completing reviews, and ensuring we deliver care with dignity and consistency.
Responsibilities
* Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and client reviews
* Train and mentor new carers in the field
* Complete risk assessments and care plan updates
* Hands-on care support
* Report concerns and ensure best practice is followed
* Support rota team with care cover when required
Requirements
* Experience in domiciliary care, ideally as a Senior Carer or Supervisor
* Strong people and communication skills
* NVQ Level 3 or working towards
* Driver with own car (essential)
