Location: Designate Role – willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary:Up to £34,350 per annum

The Role
As a Store Manager Designate, you’ll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you’re needed most. It’s a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won’t be on the move forever though—this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.
As the Store Manager, you’ll;
* Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.
* Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.
* Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
* Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
* Ensure the smooth running of the store.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
* Passion for customer service & sales.
* Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
* A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
* This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
