Receptionist - Langley

£22,565 pa

We have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class receptionist in an amazing corporate office building, ideally located on the Slough/Langley borders.

You will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the reception, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who comes into the building. You’ll take pride in delivering impeccable reception service and enjoy building relationships with everyone in the building.

Salary - £22,565 pa

Hours – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am - 7pm

(Working lunch to be taken on site, ready to step back in if needed).


Key Responsibilities


Front of House

* You will become the face of the building, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome.
* Take ownership of the reception area, always looking for ways to improve processes and service.
* Efficiently sign in all visitors following reception protocols.
* Manage deliveries, couriers, and post.
* Stock check and re-order supplies as needed.


Building and Services

* Develop strong relationships with local letting agents and support them by ensuring vacant office spaces are prepared for viewings.
* Support the on-site Building Manager by reporting, monitoring, and resolving building issues, keeping stakeholders informed.


Initiatives & Community

* Introduce a monthly e-newsletter promoting initiatives and concierge services to foster a community vibe.
* Engage with the local community to find supporting offers/discounts for building occupants.
* Assist with social media content, ensuring posts meet branding guidelines.


Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

* Proven experience in customer service or a commercial property environment.
* Vibrant personality with a can-do attitude.
* Highly organized and able to perform in a busy environment.
* Proficient in delivering high-end meet and greet services professionally.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
