This is a permanent, full time leadership role starting September 2025. This role attracts a salary on the Leadership Scale, points L10-14 with a value of £62,202 - £68,586. We’re looking for: A committed and experienced educational professional to work with the Headteacher, governors, trustees and the wider school community to effectively establish, develop and sustain the school’s ethos and strategic direction. This Deputy Headteacher position will include with a small teaching commitment and play a key role in driving forward our School Improvement Plan, particularly with a focus on Post-16 provision and other significant strategic areas. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving outcomes for all students, especially those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable students, and those with SEND. This role requires someone with strong understanding of strategies to effectively deliver the school curriculum and develop effective Teaching, Learning and Assessment practice within a school.
