Join our dynamic team as a Party Planner

As a Party Planner, you'll be at the forefront of our sales process - managing incoming enquiries, converting leads, and maximising pre-booked sales. You'll work alongside with our Marketing & Sales team to align efforts and drive growth, all while providing a smooth and fast customer experience.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* To manage all inbound enquiries, bookings, and communications - through all channels including but not exhaustive to: telephone, website, venue booking system and social media
* To grow and maximise pre-booked sales and footfall through the sales of packages, offers, occasions and experiences.
* To effectively manage leads and assist the department with hitting conversion rates and cover targets.
* To assist the team in promoting all initiatives for the business.
* Ensure all enquiries, reservations, bookings, and associated communications are actioned in line with Creative Hospitality Group's standards and ways of working, and processed to deadline efficiently.
* Support the business with providing impeccable customer communication.
* End of Day reporting and weekly sales meeting attendance and participation.
* To play your part in delivering a standout guest experience, building relationships with our customers to drive long-term guest loyalty and repeat custom.
HIRING INTO OUR SALES TEAM
* Some previous experience in an admin-based, customer-facing role is essential.
* Previous experience in sales, ideally from a hospitality background, is highly desirable - but not essential.
* A friendly, vibrant and bubbly personality who's a natural "people person".
* A driven individual who strives to hit & over-achieve on their targets and understands the value of their role.
* Well spoken and written English is essential for this role.
* Excellent time management.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise key elements of the role.
* An understanding and a keen interest in the hospitality industry.
