Your new role
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about helping people? My client is looking for a Housing Administrator to play a key role in keeping their housing service running smoothly and delivering excellent support to our tenants. This is a varied and rewarding role; you’ll provide essential admin support across housing operations, from coordinating repairs and managingpliance, to assisting with lettings and helping us maintain high-quality homes. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring a friendly, efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating day-to-day housing administration including lettings, tenancy changes, and customer enquiries.
2. Administering and monitoring repairs and maintenance, raising works orders, liaising with contractors, processing invoices, and keeping tenants informed.
3. Supporting the smooth turnaround of empty homes, from tenancy termination through to re-let.
4. Assisting with the delivery and monitoring ofpliance activities (gas, electrical, fire, legionella, asbestos).
5. Maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
6. Supporting ie collection and rent administration.
7. Contributing to a positive customer experience through clearmunication and tenant engagement.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an organised and proactive Housing Administrator to join a small, friendly team. You will require:
8. The ability to manageplex workloads, liaise with customers and suppliers, and maintain accurate records.
9. Experience in housing administration, repairs coordination orpliance monitoring.
10. Knowledge of health and safety requirements for residential properties.
11. Excellent organisational,munication, and IT skills.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a small collaborative team.

15. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
16. Prior experience in housing, property management, or a similar administrative role is highly desirable; exposure to repairs, voids, andpliance processes is advantageous.
