ReportingtotheInterimStrategicFinanceLead,youwillleadonanumberoffinancerelatedprojects.YouwillalsosupporttheInterimStrategicFinanceLeadonarangeofotherfinancialissuesrequiredbythenewAuthority.
Youwillhelptoensurethattheprogrammeofactivitytodeveloptherequiredfinancestrategies,plans,policies,systemsandprocessesisalignedtotheImplementationStrategy,thatrisksandinterdependenciesarewellmanaged,andthatdeliveryisconsistentlyhigh-quality,transparentandaccountable.
Youwillbringsignificantfinancialexpertise,confidenceandstrongprojectmanagementskills.Youwillneedtoworkproactivelywithseniorleaders,Members,partners,andprogrammesponsorstodriveprogressintherelevantprojects,resolveissues,andensurethatallactivityremainsalignedtostrategicobjectives.

-LeadingprojectstonegotiateandtheneffectivelyclientServiceLevelAgreementswithconstituentcouncilsfortheprovisionofeffectivefinancesystemsforgeneralledger,AccountsPayable,AccountsReceivable,bankingandtreasuryfunctions.
-Leadingprojectstodetermine,agreeandeffectthefinancialimpactsofthetransferofcertainfunctionsfromexistingorganisationstothenewAuthority,includingdisaggregationofstaffing...
