Temp Customer Service Advisor – Hillington
Salary: £13 per hour
Duration: 2 months, starting asap
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the role
You will be part of a busy department, ensuring that every customer has a first-class experience, even when things don\t go as planned. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries via phone, face-to-face interactions, and digital platforms.
* Manage customer cases through our system, ensuring smooth resolution.
* Oversee customer orders, maintaining communication throughout the process.
* Liaise with external suppliers on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Process card and cash payments accurately.
* Perform end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
Requirements
* Passionate about customer service with strong written and oral communication skills.
* Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.
* Willing to learn and take ownership of inquiries and resolutions (training provided).
* Available to start immediately and able to travel to Hillington; able to commit to 2 months of temp work.
