Salary: £25,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for hands-on experience building and configuring end-user devices in a technology, managed services, or IT support environment. We need familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or equivalent device management tools. We require experience using a ticketing system such as ConnectWise or a similar platform. We expect a solid understanding of operating systems, application installation, and basic security tooling including Defender. We value strong communication skills and a reliable, methodical approach to documentation and asset management. Progress towards Microsoft Fundamentals or Modern Desktop Administrator certification would be advantageous. Responsibilities: We build, configure, and deploy end-user devices including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. We maintain accurate device asset records and documentation throughout the full hardware lifecycle. We log, triage, and manage support tickets through ConnectWise, ensuring clear escalation notes where required. We support hardware lifecycle management including refreshes, repairs, and decommissioning. We assist with stock management and contribute to process improvements for device builds and deployments.
