We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic family run business. This role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. Responsibilities
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
* Assist clients in every aspect of the business
* Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for growth and providing insights based on customer feedback
* Update internal systems with orders
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements
* Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
* Organised, proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Preferred Motortrade / Vehicle background is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Office based
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,854.20-£34,081.62 per year
