Educational Psychologist - GM (Face to Face) We're working with a Local Authority in Greater Manchester who are looking for experienced Educational Psychologists to support with statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs). Job Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality psychological advice and input as part of the EHCP process Carry out in-person psychological assessments to understand learning needs, emotional wellbeing, and barriers to progress Write clear, accessible, and child-centred statutory advice that supports the EHCP decision-making process Work collaboratively with schools, families, and professionals, keeping the child or young person's needs at the centre Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties by recommending evidence-based strategies and interventions Provide consultation and training for school staff, helping to embed inclusive practices and build capacityWhat We're Looking For: A postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology HCPC registration (essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to build trust with families, schools, and colleagues Prior experience of working with children and young people in education, with a passion for improving outcomesJob Details: £1200 per completed assessment Face-to-face assessments required (in-person in Wigan) Hybrid flexibility for reports and follow-up work Outside IR35Extra perks...
