Solutions Architect – Infrastructure & Cloud Focus
Our client, a leading organisation undergoing significant technology transformation, is seeking a Solutions Architect with a strong bias towards infrastructure and cloud. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded architect to play a pivotal role in stabilising and evolving a complex outsourced IT environment.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping future-state architecture, reviewing service management practices, and driving strategic tech change initiatives. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technical delivery and business outcomes, ideally with experience in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver scalable infrastructure and cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
* Lead technology change initiatives across infrastructure platforms and service delivery.
* Review and enhance service management models within an outsourced environment.
* Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
* Proven background in Solutions Architecture, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure Services and Cloud Platforms.
* Experience working within or alongside outsourced IT service agreements.
* Strong understanding of business outcomes and how technology enables them.
* Comfortable with service management frameworks and delivery optimisation.
* Development experience is advantageous.
Desirable
* Exposure to data integration projects.
* Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and ITIL practices.
