What will you do as a Customer Service Account Manager?
* Manage sales ordering lifecycle for UK/US key accounts and online retailers
* Be key contact for customer queries relating to product specs, samples, compliance
* Liaise with external warehouses to ensure accuracy and on time orders
* Review shipping dates and update retailers with any delays
* Manage rework requirements and ensuring associated costs and approvals
* Supports Operations Manager with reporting on SLA’s
What do you need to be a Customer Service Account Manager?
* Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week
* Experience processing retailer orders
* Handled high volume orders
* Basic shipping experience would be an advantage
* Proficient in Excel
