As Digital Communications & Channels Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our digital channels are consistent, high-quality, and member focused. Youll monitor performance, maintain platform standards, and provide insight that helps shape how we communicate and engage. Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyse activity across digital communication channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
* Produce regular insight reports, sharing clear and actionable recommendations with stakeholders
* Support content publishing and scheduling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
* Maintain high standards across all platforms through proactive housekeeping and content management
* Identify, log, and coordinate resolution of technical issues and platform bugs
* Ensure effective tagging, categorisation, and governance across digital channels
* Provide proofreading and quality assurance to ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and accessible
* Act as a key contact for colleagues, supporting teams to deliver effective digital engagement
Qualifications
* A passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive digital experiences that put members and audiences first
* Experience of working with digital communication channels, platforms, or content management systems
* The ability to analyse data and engagement metrics, using insight to inform decisions and improve performance
* Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and tone of voice
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to improving processes, platforms, and ways of working
* The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships and support colleagues across teams
* An interest in sport, community, or membership organisations (desirable)
