About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading your team to success. You will:
1. Expand Market Share: Drive growth to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
2. Build Relationships: Develop exceptional working relationships with clients, securing repeat business and recommendations.
3. Maximize Profitability: Achieve all financial targets and branch profit goals.
4. Lead the Team: Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings to inspire and manage performance effectively.
5. Plan and Deliver: Influence results through strategic action planning and team execution.
