About the role
Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and applying it to real-world challenges? We're looking for a talented AI Research Engineer to join our Research Department, where you'll play a vital role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions to enhance our engineering capabilities and customer care services.
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, train, and implement AI models that directly impact our products and services. From integrating large language models into platforms, to fine-tuning neural networks and managing data pipelines, your work will help shape the future of how we deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities
* Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing systems to enhance functionality.
* Developing and fine-tuning neural networks for real-world applications.
* Managing data flow and infrastructure to support effective AI deployments.
* Implementing state-of-the-art techniques to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
* Collaborating with developers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment of AI models.
* Preparing and curating datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
* Staying ahead of the latest advancements in neural networks, LLMs, and telecommunications applications.
* Sharing insights and technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential
* A degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (or related field).
* Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
* Practical knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
* A problem-solving mindset and strong teamwork skills.
* Ability to follow internal coding standards and development best practices.
Desirable
* Experience hosting local LLMs (e.g., Llama, Qwen).
* Skills in additional programming languages.
* Familiarity with the YOLO Computer Vision Model.
