Responsibilities
* Be first point of contact, answer calls politely, quickly and efficiently; take messages; sort and distribute post; meet and greet visitors
* Ensure general housekeeping checks on all floors; maintain cleanliness of kitchens and ensure fully stocked kitchens and breakout areas
* Communicate with the cleaning contractor to ensure quality of cleaning at the Centre; perform routine checks to ensure classrooms are tidy
* Order stationery, office supplies, kitchen supplies, and catering for Open and Induction days and guests\' visits
* Assist Customer Support team to set up for events held at the Centre (Induction Days, Open Days, guest visits, etc.)
* Assist with preparation for new course start dates (packing equipment, accommodation check-in, etc.)
* Assist with Facilities Management — reporting faults, obtaining quotes where necessary, arranging repairs/maintenance
* Coordinate internal post
* Any other tasks required by the Customer Support Team and other departments
Qualifications
* Previous Receptionist experience (essential)
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts across all levels
* Significant experience in a customer service/customer facing role
* Basic computer skills and office software proficiency
* Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to maintain stocks of supplies as needed
* Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly
* Be available to work on weekends when required
