Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Multi Skills - Construction to join our forward-thinking team on a casual basis. 3. Contributing to curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to meet industry standards and enhance student outcomes.
4. Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression while offering targeted guidance and support.
5. Using digital and face-to-face teaching tools effectively to support learning and success.
6. Engaging in professional development, research, and sharing knowledge to contribute to the academic community.
